Returns Policy

At Maggie Grace, we want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details.  We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3-5 business days.  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.  Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable.
